Cristy holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Montevallo. Her two decades, diverse career spans banking, women’s health, advocacy, sales, and entrepreneurship—all while raising her seven children. As a certified doula, childbirth educator and hospital liaison she served Birmingham’s maternal health community for over a decade and led grassroots advocacy efforts across Alabama.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Cristy built a thriving wellness business with over 8,000 repeat customers and 100+ business builders, demonstrating her expertise in leadership, collaboration, and sustainable growth. She is driven by a deep commitment to helping others uncover their true identity and align their lives with authenticity.

Beyond business, Cristy loves exploring the outdoors, swimming in lakes and oceans, and indulging in Indian cuisine.
